At 4 am Beijing time on March 31, 2022, under the witness of Liu Shuxun, deputy minister of the Ministry of Finance of Thailand, Dr. Pravich, Minister of Science and Technology, and former Minister of the Interior Mr. Sittichai, Ubon Bio Ethanol Co., LTD (Ubbe) With Oriental Science Instrument Import and Export Group Co., Ltd. (OSIC), it signed a equipment supply contract for the 400,000 liters of fuel ethanol plants in the UBBE Headquarters of Cafeania in Bangkok, Thailand.
The project is built by UBBE, OSIC General Contract, and Shandong Jinda Machinery Co., Ltd. as the main equipment supplier and technical comprehensive service provider. The project construction location is Thailand’s Wubenfu, with a total investment of nearly 3 billion baht (equivalent to about 650 million yuan), and is expected to be completed and put into operation in September 2024. If fresh potato is used as the raw material, the design capacity of the device is 400,000 liters/dayless ethanol or universal edible alcohol; with dried cafeteris as the raw material, the production capacity can reach 450,000 liters/day. UBBE is jointly funded by Thai Oil Alcohol Co., Ltd. (TET), Bangchak Petroleum Public Co., LTD (BCP), Ubon Agricult Energy Co., LTD (UAE) and Ubon Bio Gas Co., LTD (UBG). Among them, UAE’s main business is to produce sweet potato starch, with a daily yield of 300T. It is expected that the total output in early 2012 will reach 600T/day. The main business of UBG is to use wastewater to produce starch. It is used for UAE production. On the other hand, it is used for power generation 1.9MW and sold to local power companies. It is expected that gas production in early 2012 will reach 72,000 cubic meters. The two factories are located in the same site of the project in this project. At that time, the three factory resources will be comprehensively allocated and coordinated.

This project is the second alcohol project of the Shandong Golden Pagoda in the Thai market after the Thailand LDO Nissan 60,000 liters/Tiante excellent cassava alcohol device.
